Free version and unlocking

Your first 3 scripts are free, with every feature; deleting one does not give the slot back. One purchase unlocks unlimited scripts; there is no subscription. On the Mac App Store, use Unlock in the app's Unlock tab, or Restore Purchases on another Mac signed in with the same Apple ID. On Windows and direct Mac downloads, buy a license key, then paste it into the Unlock tab. A key works on up to 3 of your own computers; use Deactivate on this computer before moving it.

Lost your key?

Search your email for "Lemon Squeezy" and "Just Prompter". If you cannot find it, email us from the address you used at checkout and we will resend it.

Quick answers

The prompter opened on the wrong screen. Choose the display in the Glass tab, then click Open prompter again.

Text is backwards on my monitor but right in the preview. That is the mirror setting for your glass. Turn Mirror horizontal off in the Glass tab if you are reading directly from the monitor.

Keys do nothing. Click outside the script editor first; keys are ignored while you are typing in it. Space plays and pauses.

The phone can't open the remote. The phone and the computer must be on the same Wi-Fi. If the Wi-Fi blocks devices from seeing each other (common in hotels), share your phone's hotspot to the computer instead.

How do I colour words? Select them in the script and click a colour above the page. The app writes a tag like {red|slow down} into the text; you can type one yourself. Colours: amber, red, green, blue, grey, and bold. Plain removes the tag.

A PDF imported empty. The PDF has no text layer (it is a scan). Run it through OCR first, or paste the text.

Refunds

Mac App Store purchases are refunded by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. For license keys, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full.
